Donating Profit from Certain items to charity

I'm thinking about making special candles for Pride Month for my website, but I want all profits that those specific items raise to go to an LGBTQ+ supporting organization. Is there an easy way for Square to auto calculate profit from those particular sales and put it in a separate "bin" in the backend that I can easily see how much those items are raising, and to make it easier for me to donate to the charity. IF SO, is there a way i can do this easily in a vendor booth/fair? I know I can set up a donation item on my website, which i will still do, but i wanted to know if there was an easy way via the sales of items.

Hello @JackieVan thanks for your post. What a great idea...I LOVE the idea of supporting an organization like this. I do not think Square can auto-calculate a "profit", but you could set-up a specific CATEGORY or just ITEM that you can sort and see in your reports to get a total of the sale. As far as profit, you'd have to deduct your cost for this item to manually calculate your profit. See this article about create a report.

You can also setup an item in your inventory and call it donation, and create a QR code for that item. You can print out the QR code on a sign or flyer, and place that in your vendor booth. People at the fair could scan the QR code with their phone and make a donation on their own.
