Pick up location issues / locations listed & not listed

I'm having a heck of a time figuring out how to get the proper locations listed for pick-up. Currently, I have 2 of my 5 locations selected for "Accept(ing) pickup orders" and 1 of the 5 to "accept delivery orders"

However, on the live site, the only options available for pickup sites are 1 of the 2 selected pickup sites AND the delivery order site?

Any help greatly appreciated!!!

Pic 2: My Pickup/Delivery settings for all my locations... hard to make out, but you can see BOTH farmers' market locations, and ONLY the farmers' market locations have Pickup toggled "on"

Did you get this figured out? I took a look at your site, and see different location options for the "classic whoopie pie"
