Shipping Rates

I'm trying to set up shipping rates and do not know how to figure out the price to install.Also my items are in ounces with packaging, usually not more then 4 ounces.How do I list ounces when it only gives me the option of pounds.No one else does that.

I will be using USPS.Do I have to call them and ask for this figure.Is there a chart available somewhere?

It's not possible to enter the item weight in ounces, but that may be something that is changed in the future.

In the meantime, you can use an online converter to calculate the weight. I know it's not the most convenient option, and I'm happy to forward your feedback to the team.
