Unable to upload item photos for Square Online

Whenever I try to upload an image to a site item, there is no response in the browser and the image doesn't upload. There's no error code, just simply no feedback.

I've tried using both Chrome and Firefox but each has the same issue.

The files I'm trying to upload are jpegs and nowhere near the max file size (each being around 1 MB).

I have no idea what's causing this issue or how to remedy it.

How did you solve this? I have the same issue: jpg and 1 MB. Trying to upload from my laptop in firefox. Some upload and some don't.

If some files or images upload but some don't I would suggest verifying the source of these images and exporting them again as they might have become corrupted.
