Gross/Net Daily Sales Reports vs Balance Transfer Reports

Why are my gross/net sale reports completely different than my balance transfer reports? I understand there are fees and other factors that affect the final number, but I am off by ALOT! Please help me understand!!!

Do you or are you comfortable sharing a photo for us to better understand what you are looking at? Are you instant transferring or 1-2 day? Do you have any capital loans out?

@NCScakes - have you had a chance to check out this page yet?
You should be able to match your transfers to your sales by walking through the steps outlined there.

If you're still seeing something that looks off, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team over the phone before the weekend. They will be able to take a closer looks with you in order to pinpoint why things don't seem to be matching up!

The feed is telling me that I don't have permission to upload images, but I am more than happy to share some numbers with you to help me understand. But to answer your questions first.... 1. I do 1-2 day transfer. 2. No capital loans out.

Here are the numbers for June 16th:

Sales Summery:

1. Total Collected: 2281.36

2. Cash: 669.59

3. Card: 1602.32

4. Other: 9.45

5. Fees: 51.80

Balance Transfer Report:

1. Gross Sales: 1381.75

2. Discounts: 100.00

3. Tax: 63.46

4. Total Collected: 1345.21

5. Fees: 42.86

6. Transfer: 1302.35
