How to change online items from the POS terminal

I'm looking for a way to have my staff modify online offerings to match the stock available at the counter.

I currently have to log into my Dashboard and go to Online -> Site Items -> Items to modify it, and am constantly getting text messages throughout the day to do this remotely.

I don't want to give my password to employees for my Dashboard.

The Weebly app does not help.

Any suggestions?

Hello @Somuchfail !

If you've set your permissions correctly (Web Dashboard -> Team -> Permissions, turn on Items), your team can go into the Items section of the Point of Sale, find the item needed, and modify it. Any changes will show in the online store within 5-30 seconds.

For adding and removing items, you'll have to give them access to the online dashboard. For item removal, you can also look at inventory: anything with a zero inventory count will show as Sold Out on the online store. It'll still be visible but not able to be ordered.
