HELP!! How to add optional text box or note to item

I'm not sure if there was an update but before I was able to go under modifiers and select an optional text box for customers to use for an item their purchasing. I do not see that option anymore and would love to have it so my customers can further customize their food items to their liking 😖 Any ideas????

Hello @Tokyokimi !

I'm assuming you're talking about the online store? You can add a text box modifier to any item you need.

-On the Online Dashboard, open up one of the items that you want the text box on.

-Scroll down to the Modifiers section on this item, click on the Manage Modifiers button

-If you don't already have a text box modifier listed (will say Text Box:..... under the description), click on the Create New button.

-Choose Text Box, then fill out the details that appear.

Add this new modifier to the current item and every other item you want the text box option on.
