No gift card app at second location terminal

Good morning!

I am having trouble locating the gift card app on my terminal. I have one location where we currently use square gift cards. I just started a second location and I bought a new terminal from the square site. I read that we could use gift cards between our multiple locations. Yet, I’m having a little difficultly locating the app. I’ve even tried the search bar on the terminal and it’ll have gift card as an option. However, when I select it. It says item not found. Any ideas?

Strange. Are you trying to load the gift card or redeem it with a purchase? @TogetherCafe

Gotcha, the option lives on the Checkout screen, tap Library > Gift Cards. If you're still having issues, try checking for an update. Sometimes our hardware's software isn't up to date off the shelf.
