    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/381953"&gt;@Mciverl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can change the email messages by going to &lt;STRONG&gt;Appointments&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Communication&lt;/STRONG&gt; and scrolling down to he &lt;EM&gt;Email Notification Customization section&lt;/EM&gt;.&amp;nbsp; I don't believe you can change or customize the text message that the customer receives at this time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, when someone schedules online they get an automated message and says thank you for scheduling an appointment and then the date and time and that’s it. Can I change this to where I can put in a different message and add the address etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
