Unable to publish site

I have been trying to publish my site and it just loads forever and won't publish (even after waiting for multiple hours).

I've cleared my cookies/cache, tried switching teams, and logged out and back in.

What can I do to get this published?

HI, is your MacOS updated to Ventura 13.2.1 and iOS version 16.3.1? or if using Windows, updated to Windows 11 and Android 13?

Yes - software is updated.

I have event tried it on two computers (personal & work).

I reached out to Weebly support and they were able to publish for me. They mentioned this sometimes happens when publishing for the first time.
