Permissions on Square Terminal?

Is there a way to set permissions on Square terminal?

We use the iPad POS and permissions are set however it doesn’t transfer to Terminal where employees can see our reports specifically.

Is there a way to customize permissions on terminal or hide reports?

Thank you for reaching out 👋

You can enable passcodes on your Square Terminal so the same permissions will apply on both devices. On your terminal: tap on the three lines > Settings > Security > Enable Passcodes. From here, you can also toggle on or edit the Team Passcode and make some edits of when the passcode is required.
