Is there a way to send sales by category reports to individual team members responsible for those items? I would like to set this up so it goes out automatically each day.

Welcome to the Community, @HGIC -

Are you looking to get those reports sent automatically, like account owners receive via email?

Right now, the option would be to export the Sales Report and manually send it to the team member in charge of that item. The method you're asking for would be a Feature Request.

thanks...yes I want reports to automatically go to team members in charge of a specific item or category. Hopefully you can add this feature...it would really help this charitable organization.

Is there a way to separate reports by item, appointment, event type, etc?

I have been requesting assistance with this for months.

It sounds like you want a more detailed or robust report beyond what we currently have in our reporting tools on the Square Dashboard and Square Appointments. You can check those links to see which types of reports are available.
