    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/388675"&gt;@rkb1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about problems you are facing with an ex-employee.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If it all possible, you will need to try and get with the the old employee to sort things out with the current holds/sales.&amp;nbsp; Opening a new Account won't solve your current problem, but I would advise you to do so, so that new funds stop transferring into their account.&amp;nbsp; Since each &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5457-can-i-transfer-ownership-of-a-square-account" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;account&lt;/A&gt; is tied to a person's SSN there is no way to transfer an account from one individual to another.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>owner name change</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My ex employee who helped setup the system used his name as the owner, however he no longer works. Recently we received an email from Square stating that there was a suspicious activity on our account so our credit card receipts are being held at Square and are not available for transfer. &amp;nbsp;In order for the funds to become available for transfer &amp;nbsp;they need to talk to the original owner who is no longer employed. What should we do to get our funds transferred to our bank account? &amp;nbsp;Opening a new account will not solve this problem. The sales keep &amp;nbsp;accumulating and we have no way to access them. Need help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
