    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/389027"&gt;@Cafe_Eleven&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Under time cards you have a couple different settings.&amp;nbsp; If you go to Timecards ---&amp;gt; Settings ---&amp;gt; Schedule ---&amp;gt; workday hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under workday hours you can specify what time your workday ends (if you are open 24 hours etc).&amp;nbsp; Typical is midnight, so when you pull up workday to see what they work it will still show their total shift time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However,&amp;nbsp; when you do labor cost it has a tab at top that is set to "All Day" and will cut off at midnight if that is your work day.&amp;nbsp; So the discrepancy is probably in the different times the program is looking at the hours worked.&amp;nbsp; You can change the "all day" setting to specific times if you like.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Donnie-M&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I select workday and one employee worked 9.57 hours (over 2 days)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I than went to labor costs and this number 9.95 hours came up for this employee (for both days)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is there a difference?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
