      <description>&lt;P&gt;New to the system. I have one employee. What is the difference between the team app and the appointments app on the playstore?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Which app do they set their availability? In the tea app is says "Scheduling not enabled" for them and even myself.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a way for them to communicate with the customer through the app only without viewing the customers personal contact information?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
