Square API Japanese Language

Hello,

Our hotel booking software is connected to Square's API to collect online payments (the software takes the guest to the connect.squareup.com URL to pay).

Up until that point the guests have been dealing with their booking entirely in Japanese. When the get to the Square page to pay, suddenly it's in English which puts our Japanese guests off as they can't read it and it appears suspect to them.

Is this part of the API only in English or do our software providers need to make some adjustment so guests can see in their preferred language.

Hi @Chazawa -san, thank you for your reply. I understand that when the language on the page suddenly changes to English, that can be upsetting for some of the Japanese guests.

I have asked our developer if Checkout API can be displayed in Japanese and unfortunately, it only supports English at this time.
