Square Capital eligibility

In the last year I have had three square capital loans. I just recently paid off my square capital on February 1. I paid it off early in hopes to getting a new square loan To help my business, it is now the end of March and I have not gotten an offer. I know each loan is looked at differently, but is there anyway to get any feedback in regards to this? My sales have not changed. So I’m very upset about this . -Kelli

Square guards their process for deciding who gets a loan offer very tightly. Here's a page that will help you out, with many FAQs and links to other pages. This link will take you to the Square Capital page with information on how to contact the Square Capital support team. You can contact them and ask them to review your account, which may speed things along, or not.
