Website images and taxes

I'm trying to add new products to my website, however, half the images I upload through Items or Online>Items> Site Items aren't showing up. Sometimes I can get them to stick in one place or another, and sometimes they don't stick at all.

Secondly, absolutely zero taxes are being charged on the website. Square had this fixed for me once before, but it is once again not working.

I'm at my wits end. Please help.

Do you have the Item Sync turned on with your items to import into your Online Store? Could you send over a screenshot of an item image you're having issues with?

How did you add those sales taxes on your Online Store?

I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.
