&lt;P&gt;We just released iOS Point of Sale 6.6 on Wednesday. I recommend making sure you have &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/4982-update-the-square-point-of-sale-app" target="_blank"&gt;the latest version&lt;/A&gt; of the app, one more time. Additionally, be sure to cover all the troubleshooting steps listed &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/4992-square-point-of-sale-app-troubleshooting" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>iPad App crashes when trying to edit certain items</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My app, and my iPad are up to date. This is an issue that happens on three different iPads. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled the Square app on all devices. All devices have been restarted multiple times. I spoke with support and was told a fix had been rolled out and it appeared to work for about a week. From what I have seen the items in question are items created after iOS 16.1, I can search for them, but as soon as I try and enter the screen to edit them the app crashes. To edit these items I have to go to my office, set up my laptop, and then log into Square. If the issue is a bad or missing UPC I have to remove my barcode scanner from my register (not a quick or easy process) and take it into my office and get it set up on my laptop, then return it to the register.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot keep doing this to edit items. Why does my app keep crashing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
