Which Square app are you using and what type of inventory report are you looking for? For Square Retail, there are several under the reports tab, and then scroll down to Inventory reports.

If you are looking for just what is in your inventory at the moment go to:

ITEMS

top right-hand side click ACTIONS

EXPORT LIBRARY

Thanks for reaching out with your question, I just want to ensure I'm on the same page with you here before proceeding.

Are you currently on a paid subscription plan (E.g. Square for Retail) at this time, or are you using Square Point of Sale?

If you're using Square Point of Sale, we've included a list of the summaries and reports available from the online Square Dashboard here. At this time, there isn't a way to print inventory added from a certain date using Square Point of Sale.

Through Square for Retail Plus, you have access to a suite of detailed inventory reporting, including Inventory Category and Sell-through Reports. You can view the full list of options here.

Have a read-through of these options and let me know if these reports are more in line with what you're hoping to achieve.
