Orders not appearing in Square website or Square PoS mobile app

As of January 2 at 5pm ET orders made on my weebly website are not appearing in my Weebly mobile app, nor my square up > Orders webpage, nor in the Square Point of Sale mobile > Orders page. I can see the transactions record and payment but have no idea who ordered what from my website.

My business is dead in the water without this order detail information.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
