    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent an invoice to a long time client, he paid it, it shows cleared on his end but the money has not been released to me yet. I received an email the day of the invoice stating the payment was on hold due to possible fraudulent activity and it'll take up to 2 days to respond. I received a response that the case is closed and nothing else needs to be done. But I still do not have the money.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/576578"&gt;@sexyflex11&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;It looks like you are at that point where you need to contact &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact?panel=FAB456B04971&amp;amp;skip_unit_select=true" target="_self"&gt;Square Customer Success&lt;/A&gt; and talk to an actual human being. &amp;nbsp;Since your question involves sensitive information (ie - your money), no one on the board is going to be able to help you resolve it. &amp;nbsp;No doubt, you will need to call when you have some time to spend so that the proper investigation can be done into HOW the review was resolved. &amp;nbsp;It could have been resolved in your customer’s favor in which case you won’t be receiving any funds. &amp;nbsp;Or something else might be going on. &amp;nbsp;In any case. &amp;nbsp;You didn’t say when you received the email that the case was closed, but if that was less than a week ago, this could be purely a timing issue which will resolve itself in a few business days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In any case, give Square a call. They should be able to tell you what specifically has gone on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best of luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
