Deleted item still appears on web store with 404 error

I have a deleted/orphaned item that remains on my web store with a 404 error. I have no obvious way to remove it, since the item has been deleted in dashboard. I have updated and republished the site, and it does not appear in the site edit screen. Any ideas of how to get rid of it? Thanks.

Hi Sweetfriendsemb,

This may seem a really dumb thought but, after making the changes you said, have you tried clearing your web browser's history, cookies and cache or even testing with a different web browser ??

Yes I did, on two different systems (Mac and Windows). Still there. That was one of my first thoughts as well. Thanks.

Have you been able to fix this? I have the same problem. I had two items that I had unavailable and they still showed up so I finally deleted them. They are still on my web site leading to the 404 page.

I had to email support, and they removed it: Contact Us | Square Support Center - US (squareup.com)
