Overwrite error message when uploading items to library using Modify

Has anyone else come across this error message recently? I am uploading items to my library via the online dashboard (as I do every other day for over a year) and all of the sudden I get an error message warning me of an overwrite, when I am definitely using "Modify."

The error says: "Are you sure? You are about to overwrite location-specific information. Assign your columns per location to give each unique settings."

For context, I only have one location. I thought it might be that my library was maxed out, but a CS agent told me that there is currently no limit to number of items so I guess it's not that. Any help would be great!
