Persistent categories after deletion on Square Online

Hello! I'm having an issue with categories showing up in lists after I've already deleted them. I've tried publishing and unpublishing as well as just waiting as I found on another thread. It has been a few days now and they won't disappear.

When I use the editer to try and delete the links I get the loading wheel indefinitely. I left the page open for hours while I was out of the house and when I returned the page was still loading.

Welcome to the Community @littleguys -

Is your site Item Library linked with your Dashboard Item Library? Having those linked could cause the issue with it still showing up since they are sync.

Which internet browser are you using whenever you try to make these changes? I would recommend giving Google Chrome a try and let me know if it still doesn't work.

Thank you for the response! They are linked but I don't have any categories in my dashboard library. I have been using google chrome this whole time.

Once you delete them, do you un-publish and publish your site again to save those changes?
