Problems adding book now button on instagram

I have attempted to use the book now feature on my business instagram account. I do have multiple instagram accounts.

When i go to link this it says i dont have permission and i need to contact my other instagram page.

My other instagram page isnt set up as a business and isn’t linked to my facebook business (meta) i dont know how to disconnect it and allow my main instagram page to have the book now button. I have been fighting this for over a year. HELP!
