Conversational Modifiers Not printing to Android KDS

We just started our new seasons with the Square Restaurants (Generation 2) and the Andriod Micro Touch 20-inch - which I love the size! Everything was working great until we noticed all the conversational modifiers were not printing to the screen; however, printing fine on all the slips. This becomes a big issue when a customer has an allergy, and we cannot communicate the allergy to the kitchen. Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks for writing in to flag this issue with us! I noticed it's your first time posting to the Seller Community as well - welcome! 👋

To confirm has this issue only recently occurred, or have you had issues with modifies not displaying on your KDS since setting it up?

My first thought is to review whether you have any limiting factors in your modifier progressions or modifier rules settings. Can you have a look at your current setting using these steps as a reference, and let me know how you've currently set your modifiers to apply to items?
