Hello,

Is anyone else having issues with transactions not showing up today? Receipt is printing but no record of transaction. Square really needs to have 24/7 support!

Yes! Happening to our 2 restaurants right now too. I think it's a system error. We can't adjust any tip and it will close the check at midnight...

We are having the same issue. Square for restaurants. We still have all tickets printing both online and in person. We have ZERO transaction data after 6:55pm MST.

We agrees it seems absolutely ridiculous that something of this magnitude doesn’t warrant some means of 24/7 support. I mean I understand if Square goes down and we can process for 15 minutes. Sure technical problems happen. But so far we have ZEROOOO transactional data showing anywhere. I really hope Square has a copy. Because at this point our restaurant is approaching $600 in lost revenue.

And even the status page does not show any information about this issue so far.

Would be very nice for any Square members to let us know if we have lost all the data…

Same issue here. I'm not seeing any transactions since 8:15pm est, and any checks I'm attempting to adjust tips for won't go through. They just pop back up after attempting to settle.

I really hope they are working on it because we've had many transactions that are not showing up!

They need to have a way to communicate with us if there are system issues. This is ridiculous!!!

That’s actually a great idea. It would be very nice if a pop-up could show on the POS systems where there is a service issue. So we have visibility on it ASAP and can make the best adjustments for our business.

I just saw an update from them. They are aware of the issue and are working on it.

We are using regular Square POS and seeing our sales numbers in dashboard go down every few minutes instead of up... almost a thousand dollars less so far and still falling. My guess is there is an issue with transactions hitting properly and hopefully will be corrected soon.
