https://community.squareup.com/t5/Payments-Troubleshooting/Square-Messages-Not-Working/m-p/648196#M9155 <P>I wanted to send one of my customers a message now that I have a product available that he was interested in.&nbsp; When I go to the Customer Profile screen for this customer the Messages block shows an error message "Oh no, something went wrong." (see screen shot below).&nbsp; When I click Send Message, I get another error message at the top of the Messages block, "An error has occurred, please try again."
