Item Library incorrectly shows 0 in stock

When checking stock on a book, I entered the ISBN on Item Library search bar. It shows 0 stock on hand. This is incorrect. When I click on the item to see the details, it shows correctly that 32 are on hand. Why the discrepancy? This doesn't happen for all items, just a few. But now I have to go an extra step to confirm I have stock for a customer who calls to see if we have a particular item in stock.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you're having issues with the stock on some of your items.

Is this discrepancy showing when you're looking at this one a piece of hardware or is this on your Dashboard?
