    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/398391"&gt;@LindsayShell&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What hardware are you using the reader with, Register or Stand etc..?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you put the reader in the dock are you getting any lights, flashing Yellow then Green?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure the USB connections for the Dock are connected correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disconnect one, your hardware should notify you that the reader is disconnected.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't then the other end may be disconnected already or not in properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also look in your More- Settings - Hardware - Readers to see if they are connected to USB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the Square Stands in the top Right i have a Readers with a checkmark you can also tap to see information on the readers that are connected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have two contactless readers with docking stations and the readers have recently stopped working if they are loaded into the docking station. They work if we take them out of the dock.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
