      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My handheld terminal is integrated with 'Jane App' and my troubleshooting has included restarting, powering off, all while being plugged in, and it has not changed in hours.&amp;nbsp; I hesitate to do a hard reset as it says 'all device settings will be lost' when I am integrated.&amp;nbsp; Do you have any other suggestions I could try?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mpc20,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you explain your issue a bit more .... According to the info I found &lt;A href="https://jane.app/guide/payment-processing/step-2-linking-your-jane-payments-terminal" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, the Jane App has it's own Terminal.&amp;nbsp; This app looks like a closed system - everything you need to take care of your clients including accepting payments, scheduling, tracking history, billing, accounting, etc.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I'm not seeing any connection to Square.&amp;nbsp; Have you contacted &lt;A href="mailto:support@jane.app" target="_self"&gt;Jane Support&lt;/A&gt; ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;jk&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you JK, Jane used to use Square as it's terminal and those using Square prior to Jane's current terminal were grandfathered.&amp;nbsp; The hard reset would disconnect me...I just wasn't ready to be disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like resetting the Terminal? If not, this &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6537-square-terminal-troubleshooting" target="_blank"&gt;Support Article&lt;/A&gt; will have the steps to get that completed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
