    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/607054"&gt;@Ruthhelp&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;Can you tell me why you want to “turn on” offline mode? &amp;nbsp;It sounds like it is enabled for your account, which means that when your POS detects that your internet connection is down it will automatically kick into offline mode as needed. &amp;nbsp;There is really no need to turn it off and on, unless something really weird is going on with your POS. &amp;nbsp;So, if you can elaborate about what you mean when you say you need to “turn it on” maybe I can help further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Using app on iPad I can’t turn on offline mode</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using the app on an iPad. I can’t find how to turn on offline mode. I read that you are supposed to go to menu then settings then security. But when I go to menu then settings there is no security option available. I checked to make sure offline mode is enabled on dashboard. I also made sure the most current version of app is being used.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
