      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Crochetfrog,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some things to check:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does your iPad 9th Gen or iPad 9 have the latest IOS ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes, have you tried to turning your iPad off and on again (similar to a reboot) ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next option, have you tried deleting the POS App and reinstalling it ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note, we had an app issue one time, we deleted it, then did a reboot and then reinstalled the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last options would be contact Square's Support - they may simply suggest the same as above or have some new thoughts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;jk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
