      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm looking to upgrade my Square equipment and I'd like to get my square stands wired to the network. Wifi can be finicky sometimes. I've purchased a square stand, iPad, and the square hub with a networking port.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;But, it looks like the ipad doesn't care about the network port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get that, but if I turn off WiFi on the iPad and plug in the network cable to the hub, and the hub to the stand, the app just says it doesn't have a network connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/611210"&gt;@Justinj&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From Squares Hardware page I do not see a Hub for the Square Stands with a Network port.&amp;nbsp; There is one for the terminal and the register but not for the stands.&amp;nbsp; Are you sure this will work for a Square Stand?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this to test your USB Network Adapter.&amp;nbsp; Log out of Square and see if the Ipad can get on your Network through the USB Network adapter.&amp;nbsp; Just because&amp;nbsp; you have a USB adapter to a Square Stand does not mean it will work.&amp;nbsp; I have USB scanners some work with the Ipad through the USB and some do not.&amp;nbsp; Then I have some that work with the Ipad but do not work with The Square Software.&amp;nbsp; I am not sure if there is a USB to Network adapter that works with Square Stands.&amp;nbsp; If I were you I would spend a few more dollars and get a Wired to WIFI repeater Access Point closer to your Stands.&amp;nbsp; That is what I did.&amp;nbsp; I already had a 10/100 cable from the office to my front counter.&amp;nbsp; I connected a Netgear EAX20&amp;nbsp; wireless /wired repeater.&amp;nbsp; Best Buy and Staples have these for $130. There are cheaper repeaters you can get than this or even turn an old router into an access point or repeater if you have one laying around.&amp;nbsp; My stands do not drop at all.&amp;nbsp; You already have the 10/100 wire there that you are attempting to plug into your Stand, plug it to the Repeater then you can also plug in a Network receipt printer right there also to share between Stands if you want.&amp;nbsp; That is how my front register is setup, One stand for Cash and Credit Cards, and one for Credit Card only.&amp;nbsp; Both print from same receipt printer which can open the cash drawer.&amp;nbsp; But when we do cash from both it messes us up because both stands are pulling from one Cash Drawer.&amp;nbsp; That is why we have the one that is to only be used for Credit Cards.&amp;nbsp; Then you also have a stronger Wifi by the Stands for you checking other things if needed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;"A&lt;SPAN&gt;re you sure this will work for a Square Stand?"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am not sure, and the buttons for company support doesn't work on Chrome or Firefox for me. It won't even let me contact sales to ask, the form just spins. I am leaning that way, but I would like to hear from someone who works here before I tell my boss that we'll have to return this and get a different set of equipment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
