    <description>&lt;P&gt;I used to be able to print receipts, now I do not have that option and it says muy printer is not configured.&amp;nbsp; It has a check that it is connected and I can test print from my phone.&amp;nbsp; I just do not have the option to print a receipt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help, I need it for this weekend we have a big event&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/611522"&gt;@Ehipp2215&lt;/a&gt; !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering if a setting got switched off after another update. I just had my systems update and it logged me out--wouldn't be surprised if a setting changed for you. Not good, I know, but should be solvable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On your phone: More -&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; Hardware&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tap on your printer listed here (or tap Printers then your printer)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under the section Use this Printer For: tap on the receipts section and verify it's turned on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully this solves everything. If not, please respond back with any error messages or screenshots so we can continue to troubleshoot!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
