Online picture does not show

I downloaded all my pictures and some show but some show as a brown box. When you click on the brown box it shows the pictures but initially on the website it only shows a brown box. How can I fix this?

Could you elaborate on this experience? Are the brown boxes appearing on your website or is this on your computer? If this is on your Square Online website I would like to take a look at it for you. To do so I would need a link to your website.

I actually re downloaded the pictures and now they show. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me!!!
