Option to assign purchasing agents to inventory?

We have multiple buyers (purchasing agents) for our store... I would like to keep track of what each buyer is buying, as well as view sales reports per specific buyer. Is there a way I can assign a buyers name to inventory? I've been searching around for a while.. only thing I can come up with is listing the buyer name alongside the vendor name. Seems there should be a proper option to do this somewhere. Am I missing something? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hey there TheBurrow,

I don't believe there is an option available at the present for what you need - however, you do have the ability to Submit a Feature Request.

Perhaps how you identity your items may be a work around - as each item has a unique ID - Number - the way you identify that number could be a work around for you. Just a thought .....

Hi JK, thanks for your response.. I appreciate the input. I do indeed think a workaround is how I'm going to have to go about tracking this information. I will definitely submit a request for this feature too though. I didn't realize that option was available.. thank you!
