    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Brelleke,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if upgrading to Professional will resolve the issue so there must be something else.&amp;nbsp; We use the free version and have not had any issues however, most if not all of our images are .jpg and 720 x 720 and under 1 meg.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; What error messages if any are you getting?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; That would help others here to hopefully offer some advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;jk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to upload a file ~150 Mb and have upgraded my subscription from free to Professional but have not seen the increase to 250 Mb that is listed on other responses in the community. Is this the right subscription to allow for larger files (&amp;lt;250 Mb)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As you said you are uploading pictures. I am trying to upload a trial version of a digital product and need to have a much larger file size. There is not an error message that shows. There is a dialog box after the file does not upload that suggests upgrading to the next subscription tier and I have done this once and feel scammed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
