    <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand that you want me to call in, which is very time consuming on my end... But, may I ask, has this issue been reported to engineers at all? They can easily replicate it by creating a new item and SKU. Then go to print labels and type the SKU, nothing will come up. If they try over and over it will eventually come up. Like I said this is a new issue, as we have always printed labels directly after making new items and have never had this issue before. Furthermore, the search speed overall of the items library is very very slow lately as well. I believe that whatever is causing the slow search performance of the items library is the same issue causing the delay for new SKUs to digest and be available. This is clearly a search engine issue.,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For about two weeks we keep experiencing an issue when creating new items. The system seems to be taking a very long time to "digest" the new items UPC Barcode. For example if you create a new item with a new UPC, then go to print labels right after, the UPC will not come up in the search box for label printing. If you backspace and retype the last number anywhere from 3 - 6 times eventually the product will come up allow printing. This is a NEW issue, haven't changed the way we use the dashboard in any way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you're having issues getting items created with a new UPC. I want to suggest some basic browser troubleshooting to help the lag you're seeing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would clear any cache or cookies to start, then try to create an item with a UPC. Let me know if that does the trick or it's still giving you trouble.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there. Yes, I cleared the cache, and have waited 2 weeks to reply to you to make sure, but, the problem still exists. Any newly made items take up to a minute to fully populate through the system. Which is most obvious if you go to print labels directly after making the item and search for the item to print by using its SKU instead of name.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
