Can i use Square Teams for brand ambassadors?

Can I use Square Teams for brand ambassadors? I want to get some online brand ambassadors for my business and each of them will have a discount code for sales. Is that going to work with Teams or is Teams only for retail stores?

Hi @buenabotanicals. Can you please give more detail and clarification to what exactly you are asking for? Do you want to give your ambassadors discount codes to use personally when they buy things in your store? Are you going to give them codes that people who buy your items through them can use for discounts? Or are you asking something else that I just don’t understand?

In any case, the Teams App will most likely have nothing to do with this. Unless I’m completely misunderstanding.

Giving them codes that people can use to buy items at a discount. So is there a way to track that in Teams?

Not in Teams, per se. But you can assign each of them their own coupon code good for online purchases, and then run a report on those to get the redemption information. This is not a Teams function though. Just a basic Square reporting function. That’s why you need to give each Ambassador their own unique coupon code.

Could you do this for Square Appointments? Or only for purchasing of physical items?

@Jacksaxes I started to answer and realized that I don’t have enough information about your goals and needs here. Can you elaborate how you would use appointments with brand ambassadors? Once I understand your work flow, I can probably answer you better.
