Installing Zendesk Chat Widget

I use Zendesk and want to add the chat widget to my website. I have tried entering the widget's HTML code using Weebly’s/Square’s edit website page, add a HTML code section (not sure if that's the right name), but it didn't work.

Q: Has anyone had success adding a widget’s HTML code to their website? Specific, Zendesk’s chat widget?

While we cannot troubleshoot 3rd party code, something I can add is that most likely the code relies on more than HTML to work properly. Can you share the snippet of code that you are trying to implement?

I would like to take a quick look to see if we could be missing something.

I figured it out. I entered the code by going to the "Tracking Tool," which is located at:

Home Page
Online
Online (vs. Online Sales Channel)
Settings
Tracking Tools
+ Add New Code

I now have the Zendesk Website Widget on my entire site.
