Why is it taking 7 days for a mobile check deposit?

When depositing my mobile check it said 1 to 6 business days it has now been 7 days and nothing is deposited it still says pending why is it not being deposited in my account?

@Tammymitchell13 Without knowing what kind of check, the amount, or your account history, even if it has been 7 days, there are only 5 business days in a week. If you deposit the check on a Friday (7 days ago), Friday, M, T, W, T would only be 5 business days, so it could be tomorrow or Monday before it shows up if you did it after close of business on that day last week. You can't count sat & sun in the calculation or any banking holidays.

the first time I did mobile deposit it took 7 days but this last time it was 2 days. So I think it varies by bank, account history, amount etc
