How do I remove item pricing or replace with contact for pricing?

My get more sales through customized packaging but still need to display my services. Each item requires a price point and I know there has to be a way to omit that. The gallery option doesn't allow for service detail and description. It may be well over 24 hours before support team answers my email.

Hi Donnie,

Yes in conjunction with my website. I thought about doing a gallery instead; however, it doesn't provide the text option for service breakdown nor are the photo well displayed. The layout of the item listing is perfect but as a writing service, I don't want my clients to feel pressured into buying a product. We work best as a customized packaging point. I hope this brings some clarity.

Hey @VeraNation 👋

Right now, we don't have an option to not have a price listing on the Square Online store, and having a "contact for price" option instead would be a feature request.

You could always consider adding a section for custom quotes to your website, or adding variations to your items to advise customers there are different price points to your services.

On a personal note, having purchased photography, consulting and writing packages (all industries where there are a few variables) online before, I found businesses listing prices for services really helpful as a consumer. Mentioning that each purchase requires a consultation in order to asses that the right package has been chosen in the item description could be a workaround worth considering!
