      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/618169"&gt;@Dezra85&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;You didn’t say when you processed the refund. &amp;nbsp;But they can take 2-7 business days to process. &amp;nbsp;Here’s the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5060-refund-overview" target="_self"&gt;Refund Overview Square Help Document&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5615-refunds-faqs" target="_self"&gt;Refund FAQ Document&lt;/A&gt; that outline this. &amp;nbsp;Note that if you processed the transaction and the refund in the same day, then it usually takes 3 business days for the customer’s bank to drop the pre-authorization. &amp;nbsp;There’s nothing anyone can do about this, unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need further help, you should &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact?panel=FAB456B04971&amp;amp;skip_unit_select=true" target="_self"&gt;get on the phone with Customer Support here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
