Hi,

When I check my form submission it is blank. This is just a subscription sign up via the website. Can someone please assist?

I appreciate you reaching out, @siscourtney! Welcome to the Square Community.

Just to make sure I am understanding correctly, you are having issues submitting your sign up form for Square Subscriptions? Are you getting any error messages, or is just the entire page blank?

As well as, would you do a bit of troubleshooting for us and try signing up again, please?

Check for a strong internet connection
Clear browser cache and cookies
Try a different Browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
Ensure that your web browser is up-to-date
Log out and log back in
Restart your device
