I have not created an item as "Free Shipping" yet for one Location the reports show that as an Item . How to remove this from showing in Reports for good

It’s not possible to edit or amend Square reports once the data has been captured. However, we can definitely help you adjust your setup to ensure these details are recorded accurately in future reports.

Just to clarify, have you created an item called “Free Shipping” that’s being manually added to sales, or are you using a “Free Shipping” Shipping Profile set up through your Square Online site?
