      <title>Sole proprietor with EIN</title>
      <link>https://community.squareup.com/t5/Payments-Troubleshooting/Sole-proprietor-with-EIN/m-p/793272#M727</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I am a sole proprietor with my business just registered locally, but I do have an EIN. I’m not a corporation. I’m not sure how to set up my account the correct way? If I select sole proprietor, it asks me for my legal name and ssn, but I want to use my business name and FEIN.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
