How do I get the sound notification back for online sales. Particularly the Cha Ching sound

I used to hear a cha ching sound when an order cones in. Now there is no notification at all. I checked my settings and notifications are turned on for both square and weebly. This is an issue for sure.

There has not been an update for the WEEBLY app in Years, please give us a truthful answer, we've tried everything and still the notifications CHICHENG do not work.

The push notification is a system sound. Is there anyway to restore the original "cha ching"?
