Square Billing Issue

Has anyone had any luck trying to get a Square fee issue resolved? We have been charged more than what we were told the fee rates were supposed to be. It's been over a month since I've tried to get someone to help, and each time, they say they will respond the same day. NOTHING. Anyone know how I can get through the maze and talk to a live person who can help resolve this?

Without getting into personal account details, most people think that Square is charging them more than the stated 2.6% because they forget to add on the 10 cents per transaction fee. This rate is for Card in Hand transactions. If you type in a Credit card # the % is higher, online sales rates are even higher and so is the per Transaction Fee.

As for contacting Square their customer service number is below in my signature line.
